Our Mission - To offer literary opportunities to youth that will expose them to positive role models interested in helping them increase their abilities in the disciplines of reading, writing and public speaking and to use what they learn to help advance others in these areas.

NEVER put your fellow member down for his(her) ability to speak well.

NEVER mask your inadequacies by negating your fellow member's abilities.

NEVER judge another culture, but get complete info on its values & customs.

ALWAYS accept yourself and be honest about your own ability.

ALWAYS empower fellow members by developing respect for them & their cultures.

ALWAYS strive to give it your all when you speak publicly.
